VP Customer Success (m/w) [Personio]

Job Description:
Ensuring that our customers are using Personio to the full potential is the key to retention and long term customer happiness. As VP Customer Success, you will be responsible for building up strong relationships with our customers and supporting them in the usage of our software. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Data-driven analytics of customer behaviour within our web-based software
- Close interaction and engagement with our customers  (startups and mid-sized businesses)

- Building up and managing a Customer Support Team
- Establishing efficient processes for customer onboarding, support, education and retention
- Putting in place technical solutions supporting these processes
- Improvement of our product based on customer insights and their feedback
