Technical Presales Engineer (m/w) [Cobrainer GmbH]

Cobrainer is seeking a full time technical presales engineer who builds up our presales function in Munich, Germany

Your responsibilities

  • Define and development core tasks and materials and gradually build up the presales function at Cobrainer 
  • Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations at client meetings, customers events, conferences, etc.
  • Respond to various functional and technical customers questions and requirements
  • Write the technical part of Requests for Information / Requests for Proposal
  • Collect, assess and convey different customer requirements to central product management
  • Become an advocate for our brand and actively promote Cobrainer product solutions and services to prospects, potential and existing customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including sales and product management) to execute sales strategy
  • Onboard and train sales team and additional presales hires on Cobrainer products, technical aspects as well as new product features

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in informatics or computer science, completed education as IT specialist or comparable IT relevant qualification OR lateral entrants with autodidactic acquired IT skills and passion for this job
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical pre-sales role or as solution architect preferably in B2B enterprise software sales
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities as well as good analytical skills
  • Ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, superior presentation and demonstration skills, high level of enthusiasm about helping and serving clients, strongly customer and solution oriented personality
  • A team player who enjoys working in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel
