YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the front reception by greeting guests and coordinating visitors 
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative office duties, including managing office equipment and inventory
  • Maintain the office space, ensuring general organization and improving the way the office runs
  • Conceptualize and carry-out the employee well being program to develop a strong feel-good culture; organizing events, office perks and creative initiatives
  • Initiate improvements to the look and use of the office
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and service providers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience managing an office and reception
  • Bring an understanding of culture and employee needs that support a motivating workplace
  • Friendly, welcoming personality
  • Offer quick, pragmatic solutions to everyday problems
  • Independent and proactive style of working with a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable and can handle demanding situations
  • Team player with very high commitment and motivation 
  • Strong command of English and German with good oral and written communication skills, other languages are a plus
