- Coordinate recruiting processes end-to-end for your specific areas of responsibility
- Clarify job requirements with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions and publish on relevant job boards, networks and forums
- Preselect and present candidates to respective hiring managers
- Support with candidate interviews and candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Unleash your creativity through active sourcing and identifying new channels for active and passive sourcing
- Hands on involvement on specific projects to support the continuous improvement of hiring methods
- Currently completing university studies, ideally specializing in Human Resources or Psychology
- Initial experience in recruiting and sourcing methods a plus
- Creative thinking and structured work style
- Curiousness and willingness to learn
- Empathy and high service orientation
- Team player with high commitment and motivation
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, other languages a plus
