Inside Sales Manager (m/f) [commercetools GmbH]

As Inside Sales Manager you are responsible for managing and supporting our existing customers, the identification of sales potentials as well as the purposeful and customized addressing of new prospective clients. You have a solid economic background, are not afraid of a technical product and like to talk to people? Then you the one we’re looking for! Join our sales team and help us growing our business!

Responsibilities
- After Sales Management and customer care for our
existing clients building the interface between sales and customers
- Identification and implementation of cross- and up-selling potentials by knowing and keeping track of our customer’s needs and satisfaction
- Continuous market observation regarding new e-commerce trends and derive recommendations from your market research
- Address and follow-up on potential customers within the field of small and medium-sized enterprises ​

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics or comparable relevant qualification (e.g. completed commercial education)
- 1-2 years of practical work experience in sales (in a software or e-commerce company)
- Safe handling of MS Office and iWorks (e.g. Keynote) as well as Salesforce
- Very good German skills (native speaker) and fluent business English
- Experience or at least high interest in
