- As Head of HR, you are responsible for all HR and recruitment processes at Personio, including
- Recruitment and management of the Personio HR team
- Sourcing, recruiting and onboarding talent in cooperation with our department heads
- HR administration and personnel controlling
- Development of our HR strategy and organizational structure with input from the management team
- Building up a knowledge base around HR for our customers
- In addition, we would expect you to give regular feedback about the Personio HR-platform based on your internal usage and contribute to our product strategy with your expertise.
- 3+ years of professional experience in HR
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources Management, especially HR administration, recruitment, labor law and personnel controlling
- You work independently in a result-oriented way
- You are proactive and take action quickly if required
- Ideally, you have experienced a phase of fast growth and implications for HR during your professional career
- You are willing to do operational HR work in the beginning while staffing your own team
